Since we began in 2002, our team of engineers have been monitoring our own email and web servers to make sure that all are running well 24 hours a day.

From 2007 our engineers have also been able to monitor and maintain our clients’ equipment too thanks to a smart software ‘agent’ installed on each machine. Through ties with leading security software companies, we can also provide built-in perpetual anti-virus / anti-spyware software as part of this agent – a cost saving on its own!

Each ‘agent’ communicates with our engineers no matter where the PC, Mac or server is located in the World. As long as the machine is online we can be ‘there’ to troubleshoot and assist when needed. As soon as our engineers spot trouble on the horizon they can deal with the situation proactively rather than reactively. For example, if a hard drive is running out of space or (even worse) is about to fail, it is far better to know this beforehand so that the data can be copied elsewhere.

In essence our software agents perform the tedious “maintenance jobs” that are essential to keep things running optimally but nobody likes (or has the time) to do.

To help collate and make sense of the equipment and software you actually have, all monitoring activity can be presented in an easy-to-read report – a feature that’s always popular with management!
