Frequently Asked Questions
1) How can I be assured that Redsixty understands my business?
We would sit down with you to get a clear understanding of your business. Over the years, we’ve built up expertise and knowledge about networks and remote installations – geography, people, systems – for the rail and construction sectors. That helps us overcome many hurdles and gives us continuity. For example, our good relationship with BT helps us to work more quickly and efficiently than if we had to form a new relationship each time.
2) If I outsource my work, how will I know what’s going on?
We’re committed to communicating effectively with you. We keep everyone involved up to date at every stage of our work. We document everything and make sure its embedded into your policies & procedures
3) At what stage of my work should I involve Redsixty?
We prefer to be involved in projects right at the start so that we can offer you a strategic view and the best range of options. However, we can get involved at any stage to help you manage any or all of your work
4) How will you understand working practices that affect my business?
We pride ourselves on our ability to meet the strict working requirements of the public sector while understanding the commercial needs of the private sector. We have a good understanding of issues such as Health & Safety when working on construction or remote sites. Our engineers are accredited to all levels of London Underground so that they can get into sites easily.
5) What happens when you’ve completed your work with us?
Many of our clients stay with us over the years so we’re able to continue to make sure they get the best returns on their investments. We fully support any remote site through our Helpdesk until formal handover. We run training sessions so that your employees know exactly how to use any systems we install.
6) Can I really afford all this?
One of the things our clients like about working with us is our financial options. We can work with your budgets to decide what’s best for you. Whether you choose fixed price or pay-as-you-go, we look for the very best return on your investment. We do what’s right for you. That means giving you value for money as well as the right solution. |
