FAQ

1) How can I be assured that Redsixty understands my business?

At the start, we would sit down with you to get a clear understanding of your business. Over the years, we’ve built up expertise and knowledge about networks and remote installations – geography, people, systems and procedures – for a range of sectors. That helps us overcome many hurdles and gives us continuity. For example, we have a good ongoing relationship with BT which helps us to get on with our work more quickly and efficiently than if we had to form a new relationship each time.

2) If I outsource my work, how will know what’s going on?

We’re committed to communicating effectively with you. We’re always checking and keeping everyone involved notified at every stage of our work. We make sure that everything is documented and embedded into your Policies & Procedures

3) At what stage of my work should I involve Redsixty?

We prefer to be involved in projects right from the start. That way, we can offer you a strategic view and give you the best range of options at the outset. However, we can get involved at any stage and help you manage any part or all of your work

4) How do I know that you understand working practices that affect my business?

We pride ourselves on our ability to really understand our clients’ needs now and what they might need in the future. Our experience has given us the ability to meet the strict working requirements of the public sector while understanding the commercial needs of the private sector. That means we have a good understanding of issues such as Health & Safety and other things that might affect the way our clients carry out their work. For example, when it comes to London Underground, our engineers are accredited to all levels with relevant passes so that they can get into sites easily.

5) What happens when you’ve completed your work with us?

Many of our clients stay with us over the years so we’re able to continue to make sure they get the best returns on their investments. For any remote site, we fully support the site until formal handover through a Helpdesk facility. We also run training sessions so that your employees know exactly how to use any new systems we install.

6) All this sounds expensive doesn’t it?

One of the things our clients like about working with us is the options we offer. We can work with your budgets to decide what’s best for you. Whether you choose to have a fixed price or pay-as-you-go arrangement with us, you can be assured that we’ll be looking for the very best return on your investment. We do what’s right for you and that means giving you value for money as well as the right solution.
